đŸ Hi, Iâm Leo â the Corgi, Customer Service Manager of This Tiny Studio
Share
I probably shouldnât be running a company.
But here I amâ
a rescued Corgi, officially titled âCustomer Service Lead,â unofficially the emotional support dog of a very chaotic small studio.
We are four humans, three cats, and me.
And somehow, this became a brand.
đ¶ How It All Started
I didnât choose this job.
I was adopted after being abandoned, and for a long time, I used to get nervous when things felt unstableâlike they might disappear again.
Then I met them.
A small group of humans who worked late, argued about product details, and kept rescuing cats like it was a full-time responsibility.
One by one, they showed up:
- A folded-ear cat who had been abandoned before
- A calm Ragdoll who never seems to panic
- A Maine Coon with a broken tail who still runs like nothing happened
And four humans who kept saying, âwe just want to make something better.â
I stayed.
Mostly because they kept forgetting to close the door.
𧔠Why We Built This
At first, I thought this was just another âonline shop.â
But then I realized something different.
Custom products were supposed to be meaningfulâ
but the world split them into two extremes:
Either expensive, distant luxury items
or cheap, low-quality personalization that feels empty.
We didnât like either.
So we started doing something unusual:
We search globally for custom products that actually feel human.
We talk to makers.
We test samples.
We compare craftsmanship and pricing.
We argue a lot.
And in the end, we try to make one simple decision:
Is this something someone would actually feel something for?
If yesâwe keep it.
If noâwe donât.
𧶠What We Refuse to Become
I hear them say this a lot (usually when Iâm lying on the keyboard):
- No low-quality mass customization
- No overpriced emotional marketing
- No products without real craft or story
They say customization isnât a trend.
They say itâs memory.
I donât fully understand that.
But Iâve seen people cry when they open packages.
So I think it matters.
đŸ Whoâs Really Running This Place
Officially: a 4-person team.
Unofficially:
- The folded-ear cat handles emotional quality control
- The Ragdoll is in charge of calm energy
- The Maine Coon enforces breaks by physically blocking laptops
- And meâLeoâCustomer Service, Chaos Management, and snack negotiation
The humans think they are in charge.
We let them believe that.
đ What We Actually Do Every Day
Most people think we âsell products.â
But Iâve watched closely. Thatâs not really it.
We:
- Search the world for meaningful custom items
- Study how theyâre made
- Talk to factories and small workshops
- Try to make prices fair, not extreme
- Keep emotion, remove unnecessary markup
And then we share stories:
- Of pets people love
- Of memories people are trying to keep
- Of moments that donât come back, but can still be held
đ What I Think This Is About
If you ask meâ
and nobody usually doesâbut Iâm the customer service manager, so Iâll answer anywayâ
This isnât really about products.
Itâs about the moment someone opens a boxâŠ
and suddenly remembers something they thought they had already lost.
âš Final Note (From Leo)
We are still very small.
But please donât underestimate us.
We are growing slowly, carefullyâŠ
and sometimes with cats sitting on our plans.
So yeahâ
We are still very small. But please look forward to our growth. đŸ
