Refund, Replacement & Return Policy

TaoPaws custom products are made from your pet photo, so our support process is built around design confirmation and order care.

Before shipment: After you place an order, TaoPaws support will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your pet photo and design details. When the design or item is ready, we will contact you again. If you are not satisfied before shipment, tell us and we will work with you to adjust it.

Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, contact TaoPaws support within 30 days of arrival with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. You can choose a free replacement or a fast refund after support reviews the issue.

Not satisfied after delivery: If you are not satisfied after delivery, contact TaoPaws support within 30 days of arrival. After speaking with support, you may choose a return, free replacement, or fast refund depending on the situation.

Order changes and cancellations: Order changes or cancellations can be requested within 24 hours after purchase, before production begins.
