TaoPaws is a small custom pet keepsake shop focused on personalized gifts made from dog and cat photos. Our products include custom pet magnets, pet photo blankets, car air fresheners, plush charms, portraits, paint by numbers kits, and memorial keepsakes.
How Custom Orders Work
- You choose a product such as a magnet, blanket, plush charm, air freshener, portrait, or memorial item.
- You upload your pet photo during the order process or provide the image needed for customization.
- We review the photo and use it to create your personalized keepsake. If a photo is unclear, support may contact you for a better image.
- Your order is made to order, then packed and shipped with tracking when available.
Payment And Checkout Security
Checkout is handled through Shopify's secure ecommerce system. TaoPaws does not ask customers to send payment information by email or direct message.
Shipping And Production Expectations
Most TaoPaws products are custom or made to order, so production time is separate from shipping time. Please review the Shipping Policy for current processing and delivery information.
Refunds, Replacements, And Custom Items
Because personalized products are made from your pet photo, we confirm the design before shipping and support you after arrival. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact TaoPaws support with your order number and photos of the issue so the team can review the case. See the Refund Policy for full details.
Photo Privacy
