Ordering How does the custom pet keepsake process work?
Choose a product, upload a clear pet photo, and place your order. Your item is then made to order before it ships with tracking.
Photos What is the best photo to use?
Use a bright, clear photo where your pet's face, fur color, and markings are easy to see. Front-facing photos usually work best for detailed keepsakes.
Production How long does handmade production take?
Many custom items are prepared in about 2 to 5 business days before shipping. Some detailed products may need more time depending on the design.
Shipping Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Once the order leaves the studio, tracking information is sent so you can follow delivery.
Returns Can custom products be returned?
Because custom products are made from your pet photo, return options can differ from standard products. If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support with your order number and clear photos.
