Important Notice for Custom & Personalized Products

All of our products — including engraved collars, custom charms, and personalized memorial urns — are made to order based on your specifications. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

We do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

• The item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue
• The item does not match the confirmed customization details

Please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

• Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method
• Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable

EU Consumer Rights: In accordance with EU law, goods must conform to the agreed specifications. If a product is non-conformant, you have the right to request repair, replacement, or a refund.
