Free shipping: Every TaoPaws order ships free, including future orders.

Custom production time: Production time depends on the product. Most custom keepsakes are made in 2-3 business days. Complex handmade products may take 1-4 weeks depending on the product and design detail.

Design confirmation: After you place an order, TaoPaws support will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your pet photo and design details. When the design or item is ready, we will contact you again. Once you approve it, we ship your order.

Delivery time: After completion and approval, delivery usually takes 8-10 business days.

Tracking: A tracking number will be sent by email once your order ships.

Duties and import taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise required by law.
