Photo Quality Promise
A clear photo helps create a better keepsake. The best image shows your pet's face or body clearly, with good lighting and minimal blur. If your photo is too dark, cropped, or unclear, the finished product may lose detail. For help choosing a better photo, read the Photo Guide.
Custom Order Promise
Each personalized item is made from your uploaded photo and product choice. Handmade-style and made-to-order items may have small natural differences from product examples. TaoPaws aims to make every custom keepsake feel personal, thoughtful, and true to the pet photo provided.
If Something Goes Wrong
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, contact support through the Contact page. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product so the team can review the issue.
