2.If you are not satisfied before shipment: Tell support and we will work with you to adjust the order before it ships.
3.Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of arrival with your order number and clear photos. You can choose a free replacement or a fast refund after review.
4.Not satisfied after delivery: Contact support within 30 days of arrival. After speaking with support, you may choose a return, free replacement, or fast refund depending on the situation.
5.Order changes and cancellations: Requests can be made within 24 hours after purchase, before production begins.
