- Orders over $60: Free shipping.
- Other orders: Flat shipping fee of $5.90.

- Handcrafted/custom items: Usually made within 3–6 business days after your order and photo are received.
- Standard items: Usually dispatched within 48 hours.

Delivery Time

After production, delivery usually takes 8–10 business days, depending on the destination and local carrier service.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order ships.

1.30-Day Guarantee: If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 30 days with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace it free of charge.
2.Custom & Personalized Items: Handcrafted orders cannot be returned or refunded once production starts.
3.Order Changes & Cancellations: Can be made within 24 hours of purchase.
4.Lost Packages: Confirmed lost orders will be remade and reshipped at no cost.
